• India is well-known for its culture, the Bollywood film industry and many things among others. ABOUT US is a melodic rock/hard rock band that hails from India alongside other notable bands such as Girish & The Chronicles and Fifth Note.

TABOO is a new project that consists of vocalist Christoffer Stjerne, who also fronts the band H.E.R.O., and guitarist Ken Hammer, who rock fans around the world will recognize him as a founding member of the beloved hard rock legends Pretty Maids.

REVIEW : BLOODY HEELS, Rotten Romance (Frontiers Music s.r.l. Release: 10 June 2022)

Now this is a release that I was looking forward to listening to! Bloody Heels's latest opus 'Ignite The Sky' (2020) was a solid one and it included some excellent tunes. Nowadays, these youngsters from Latvia are releasing their brand new effort entitled "Rotten Romance". The album is going to be out through Frontiers Music this June. 

REVIEW : A PERFECT DAY, With Eyes Wide Open (ROAR! Rock Of Angels Records, Release Date : 23/10/2020)

Italian modern melodic hard rock/metal band of A Perfect Day is back with its third opus entitled "With Eyes Wide Open". The band consists of Marco Baruffetti  (Vocals, Guitars), Andrea Cantarelli (Guitars), Gigi Andreone (Bass) and Alessandro Bissa (Drums) and the new album is released by ROAR! Rock Of Angels Records. 

REVIEW : DeeVer --- 'You Need This' (2019)

DeeVer is a new hard rock band that consists of front-man Wil ‘Billy’ Taylor, bassist Phil Appleton, drummer Higgy and guitarist Stevie Stoker. Billy Taylor is well-known from his works with Brit hard rock band of Inglorious. With Inglorious Billy, released two solid records (the self-titled debut and "II") that both made an impact to the Euro hard rock scene. 

REVIEW : Secret Rule ---- The 7 Endless (Pride & Joy Music, RELEASE DATE : 25 January 2019)

SECRET RULE is not a newbie in the melodic hard n' heavy world. REVIEW : DAMN DICE --- THRILLER KILLER (2018)

‘Too metal for the rockers, too catchy for the metalheads, too punk for the pop rockers, too heavy for the punks’.....I think that DAMN DICE describes it very good how its music sounds. Heavy guitars, catchy hooks n' choruses, tons of attitude and with a mid 80's hair metal vibe, Damn Dice comes to prove that this scene has a lot more to offer.

REVIEW : SiLK9, "Retribution" (2017)

SiLK9 is a band that for sure knows how to rock, period!! "Retribution" is entitled the band's newest EP and it rocks big time. SiLK9 has already released a 9-track album, "Exit The Pain", and nowadays is back with this really interesting new opus to make some noise.

REVIEW : SERENITY BROKEN -- RE/ DeFINE (2017)

The Greek heavy rock band of Serenity Broken strikes back with its brand new opus which is entitled "Re/DeFine". I was really curious about this new record from these heavy rockers 'cause I liked a lot their debut "Commercial Suicide" which was released back in 2012.

REVIEW : Kings Of Broadway – Kings Of Broadway (2017)

KINGS OF BROADWAY were originally formed back in 2011 by guitarist Aldo Lonobile. Aldo is considered as one of the most recognized guitar players/composers from the Italian metal scene (founder member of bands like Secret Sphere, Civilization One and Shadowspell).

REVIEW : Twenty Dark Seven - Momentum (2017)

20DarkSeven is a brand new and ass-kickin' heavy rock band that was founded by former PUMP singer and founder Marcus Jürgens (also ex-Brainstorm) and guitar wizard Peter Wagner (ex-Wicked Temptation, Piledriver) in January 2013. The two of them found the missing 'pieces' to complete the puzzle (Marcel “Selly” Berhardt (ex-PUMP) on guitars, bassist Christoph Renner and drummer Markus Herzog) and finally TwentyDarkSeven took flesh and blood and nowadays the band strikes back with a new record which is entitled "Momentum".

REVIEW : SMASH INTO PIECES -- Rise And Shine (2017)

Whoa!! That was my first impression with Smash Into Pieces' new album "Rise And Shine". I really haven't heard anything from this band till now and I have to say that I loved this album! These Swedes knows for sure how to deliver powerful and well-played modern metal with attitude.

REVIEW : Kieran Robertson / In The Name Of Vanity (2016)

Kieran Robertson is a new artist, 17 years old, from Scotland and nowadays he presents us his brand new record which is entitled "In The Name Of Vanity". After the first spin of this new opus, I have to admit that although his young age, Kieran delivers some really cool stuff here.

REVIEW : CAGE9 - ILLUMINATOR (2016)

Cage9, based in Los Angeles, is the brain child of guitarist and vocalist Evan Rodaniche and consists of Brian Sumwalt on drums, Matt Borowski on guitar and Leslie Wyatt on bass. The band that shared stage with many big names, Sevendust, Hellyeah, 12 Stones, Filter, In This Moment, Queensryche, Tesla, Powerman 5000, Seether, Buckcherry, Karnivool and Candlebox  to name a few, is now ready to unleash its debut record with the title "Illuminator".

REVIEW : MarysCreek / INFINITY (2016)

MarysCreek is a modern melodic hard rock/metal band that was born in 2004 and nowadays it is releasing its brand new record which is entitled "Infinity". "Some Kind Of Hate", the debut, saw the light of day in 2007 by the German record label of MTM and it received a very positive feedback from fans and press. To support the debut, MarysCreek have shared stage with many artists. Among them: Takida, Evergrey, Crucified Barbara, Dead by April, Uriah Heep, The Poodles, Fatal Smile, etc.

REVIEW : HELL IN THE CLUB / Shadow Of The Monster (2016)

After the superb "Devil On My Shoulder" album, it's time for HELL IN THE CLUB to unleash its brand new opus which s entitled "Shadow Of The Monster". The band that features members of Elvenking and Secret Sphere combines the old school party heavy rock sound with a modern metal twist that includes catchy hooks and choruses and great guitar work.

REVIEW : Tainted Nation – On The Outside (2016)

The all-star project of Tainted Nation is releasing this year its second record with the title "On The Outside". All its members are very experienced musicians and have been involved in world tours, festivals and recordings with their main bands. The band consists of Pete Newdeck (vocals), Mark Cross (drums), Pontus Egberg (bass), Ian Nash (guitars) and Joel Peters (guitars).

REVIEW : ELDRITCH / Underlying Issues (2015)

10th official album for the veteran heavy progressive act of ELDRITCH with the title "Underlying Issues" and in my humble opinion one of the band's best record to date. The last release that I've heard from Eldritch was the solid "Gaia's Legacy" in 2011. That was an album that combined powerful melodies along with soaring vocals, progressive touches and great guitar riffs and solos.
