To be honest, the name of VOODOO ANGEL was unknown to me till now that I received the promo of the band's second album for a review. After the very first spin of "Midnight Rouge", I have to admit that I like it a lot!!!

REVIEW : Danko Jones, Electric Sounds (AFM Records, Release: 15 September 2023)
Formed in Toronto back in 1996, Danko Jones have seen and done just about everything over the last quarter of a century. Powered by a powerful and full of attitude punk rock spirit, and inspired mainly by the good and old-fashioned rock ‘n’ roll scene, they have steadily built a strong international fan base and became one of the most acclaimed live bands around, embraced by everyone from mainstream and modern radio-rock fans to diehard metalheads.

REVIEW : REALITY SUITE --- AWAKEN (LIONS PRIDE MUSIC, 2019)
Reality Suite is a modern heavy rock band and "Awaken" is entitled their brand new opus that's gonna be released through Lions Pride Music. Formed back in 2009, in New Jersey, Reality Suite released its debut, "Skinn", in 2015. That album achieved to gain positive feedback and 'put' the band for good among the fans of this particular scene.

REVIEW : Matt Mitchell & The Coldhearts --- Matt Mitchell & The Coldhearts (MMRecordingworks, Release: 19 April 2019)
Matt Mitchell is well-known as the singer of great bands such as PRIDE, FURYON and COLOUR OF NOISE. Nowadays, this so charismatic singer is back in business with 'Matt Mitchell & The Coldhearts' to offer us, once again, a great sample of pure melodic rock bliss. After a couple, and more, spins of this new opus, I have to say that this is just an excellent rock album.

The voice of HARDLINE and Axel Rudi Pell Mr. Johnny Gioeli is about to release his first ever debut album this December through Frontiers Music s.r.l., with the title "One Voice". Gioeli says about this debut : "One day, I just woke up and said ‘I wanna do this’. REVIEW : Black Paisley --- “Perennials” (2018)
Black Paisley is a band that is hailing from Sweden and with its solid debut record "Late Bloomer" back in 2017 left me hungry for more. The album was released on their own label and later distributed by German Pride & Joy globally. The debut gained positive reviews from the music critics, on-line magazines and blogs worldwide. The intro song "Run Run Run" was also published on Spotify’s editorial playlist in 2018.

REVIEW : WARNER DRIVE -- ...Till The Wheels Fall Off (2017)
I have to say that the name of these L.A. rockers, Warner Drive, is no stranger to me. Their 2014's album with the title "City Of Angels" was a really solid one and filled me up with positive vibe and included a bunch of some excellent tunes in it. Nowadays, Warner Drive strikes back with a brand new album which is entitled "....Till The Wheels Fall Off".

REVIEW : VITNE -- Jupiter (2017)
VITNE is an artist that here in Heavy Paradise will always have a welcome home. It's one of those musicians that put passion and heart in his music and that's a thing that reflects in his music. The new record is entitled "Jupiter" and I have to say that it's the best record in Vitne's career so far.

REVIEW : EVHO (Event Horizon) -- EPISODE (2017)
Event Horizon is a four-piece New York based rock band that was formed back in 2008 and nowadays they present us their brand new EP with the title 'Episode'. EVHO's sound can be described as modern rock, even if they mix a variety of styles, and features crunchy guitars, very good performances and a tight musicianship.

REVIEW : Letters From The Fire -- Worth The Pain (2017)
Over the last years more and more female fronted bands jump out and offer us some excellent albums, that's true. Letters From The Fire is another female fronted heavy band that mixes perfectly heaviness with melody and at the end achieves to create a 'ballsy' album, full of attitude, that can't be unnoticed.

REVIEW : PLAN THREE -- Wish I Was Stormborne (2017)
To be honest with you here, the band of Plan Three was completely unknown to me till' now that I've listened to the brand new record which is entitled "Wish I Was Stormborne". Plan Three states about this new opus : "The road here hasn't been straight nor without obstacles and that is why we are extra excited. Our fans have shown us loyalty, love and respect for almost a decade and the album will represent the same back to them. It is time, we are finally ready to release this album.”
