Danger Angel working on new album!

Danger Angel are now working on their second album! Following up to their critically acclaimed debut, the band entered the studio to record their new songs under the supervision of legendary singer Jeff Scott Soto. While Soto takes over the producer’s helm, all engineering and mastering will be taken care of by John Ellis at the Prism Sound Studios in Boston, USA.

The new album will consist of thirteen new songs taking the band’s music to a whole new world of inspiration.

Guitarist Ethan Chionos says on the new album: ” This is a brand new start for us. After finishing up with the debut album we saw where it took us and we then new what we had to do for the followup. The new songs will mark the Danger Angel sound once and for all and I believe that they will show people what we’re really all about. We are not just building up from the previous stuff. We are exploring new grounds with our music and while the previous album was a collection of songs both old and new, this is a totally fresh approach to what we have in mind for Danger Angel from now and on.“.

Drummer Tony Venieris says on the new album: ” The new album is what I call “home”. It’s where our heart is and it’s where our souls rejoice. It’s exactly what we wanted to do from the moment we got down to writing new songs. I think that people will absolutely get into it. We wanted to write about something that works for us but also for all the people that will listen to it. It’s about life today and life today is hard. So this will be a hard album, no doubt about it.“
