Ugly Kid Joe was a heavy metal band from Isla Vista, California, USA - formed in 1989. They had a range of styles such as hard rock, southern, funk, rap & thrash. They originated as a pun and response to Pretty Boy Floyd. 
"America'a Least Wanted" is cool , heavy rockin' and full of fun album! A very good polished production and some big MTV hits made this album a huge success!!!!!!!!
