Sic Vikki hailed from the Philadelphia PA area in the USA and this is another one gem of the hair metal era!Written mostly by S. Plunkett (Autograph),superb party hair- metal, ala early Danger Danger (the first two releases) with massive backup gang vocals!Everything in this album is perfect, from the catchy hook-driven songs ,the guitar work, the attitude...a must have album!They also released a second CD called 'Street side Picasso' but it was much more mellow than this killer release.A MUST HAVE & A BIG 10/10!!!!!
