REVIEW : PRETTY BOY FLOYD --- Public Enemies (2017, Frontiers Music s.r.l.)

"We're black on black. We're a sex attack. We're the bullet boys. We're rocking with the sonic blast. We're leather boyz with electric toyz. We're making noise tonight. We're leather boyz with electric toyz. We're making noise tonight" that was, and still is for me, Pretty Boy Floyd's biggest success back then, period!! Anthemic, bad-ass with tons of spandex and make-up these sleaze motherf*&ers rocked my world at once.

Nowadays and after many years, these bad-ass sleaze hard rockers are back with a brand new opus, through Frontiers Records, with the, clever, title "Public Enemies".

With the opener tune of "Feel The Heat" you get the picture that Pretty Boy Floyd are back full-force, loaded and hungry! Yep, this track is 100% sleaze hard rock/metal at its best. "High School Queen", "Girls All Over The World" and "American Dream" are all three great samples of pure Pretty Boy Floyd and a great sample of a music that ruled the airwaves back then when Motley Crue, Poison, Pretty Boy Floyd and Twisted Sister were kings!!! "We Can't Bring Back Yesterday" is a nice mid-tempo while with "Do Ya Wanna Rock", "Shock The World" and the rhythmic "Paint It On" the party is on fire!

Pretty Boy Floyd is back stronger than ever with a killer record! "Public Enemies" includes 14 little hymns for those who like their rock loud, proud and sleaze!

Rating : 9/10
