DAVID READMAN / DAVID READMAN (2007)

This is a brilliant melodic hard rock album! David Readman is Voodoo Circle and Pink Cream 69's lead singer and this is his debut solo album. And what an amazing album full of big and memorable choruses, strong harmonies, tight songwritting and a solid production!

Firstly, the guest list is pretty much impressive; Paul Logue of Eden's Curse, Tommy Denander, guitarist Alex Beyrodt of Silent Force and Voodoo Circle, Gonter Verno of Vandenplas, Eric Rango and the list goes on and on! So with these impressive guests and David Readman's big talent you can't go wrong with this one. This 12 track album contains some big and anthemic hard rock dynamites like the huge opener "Without You" and "Wind In The City", and some emotional ballads like the excellent "Love In Vain"!

This debut album is one of these albums that everything is perfect! No fillers here just pure melodic hard rock bliss. I also have the feeling that in the whole album there is an 80's hard rock vibe which is more updated. So, bottom line is that, if you like David Readman's voice work in Pink Cream 69 and you are a fan of high quality melodic hard rock sound, then this album fits perfectly in your collection. A GREAT ALBUM ALL THE WAY!
