Ted Poley / Smile (2007)

For sure this release from Danger Danger's shouter will put a smile on your face! "Smile", is the follow up to "Collateral Damage".This album is the most similar to that classic, anthemic Danger Danger sound yet.

Great anthemic and catchy choruses with some excellent guitar work like  Waiting Line, Going Blind, Smile, and What If She Knew . Ted’s voice is as clean and pure as it was back then on his Danger Danger’s big glory dayz! Where It Ends actually reminds me of one the few songs from Def Leppard’s X album(Torn To Shreds) but is a cool track. The production is much more crisp and clear this time around while in his first solo effort was a bit rough.

Overall is an album that will bring back the glory 80's big hard rock sound with memorable choruses, fun and great guitar work by JK Northrup . A must for every Danger Danger/melodic hard rock fan out there!
