The Big Deal consists of two outstanding vocalists, Ana Nikolic and Nevena Brankovic (who is also a highly skilled keyboard/piano player), Srdjan Brankovic on guitars, Marko Milojevic on drums and the 'mighty' Alessandro Del Vecchio on bass.
My first impressions after a couple of spins of this new opus are that is an overall solid disc that includes some excellent performances, a totally killer guitar work and a tight musicianship. All the songs are catchy enough, radio-friendly and there's no filler in sight. The sound here is movin' to edgy AOR to classic hard rock with some harder edged tunes or even some modern rock 'pinches' for the 'extra' flavour! The vocals here are simply superb and the guitars are breathtaking!!
So, if you are looking for a new, fresh and powerful heavy rock band with attitude then The Big Deal looks like a damn good deal for you!
