The production was carefully cared by the mighty Alessandro Del Vecchio who achieved to give the classic melodic rock style that thrilled and delighted legions of fans in the ‘80s and ‘90s and still does today!
Nowadays, Revolution Saints are starting a new chapter that apart from Deen on lead vocals the band welcomes two new members on board; bassist Jeff Pilson (Dokken, Foreigner, Black Swan, and The End Machine) and the extraordinary guitarist Joel Hoekstra (Whitesnake, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, and Iconic). Once again the production (in regards to the keys and some backing vocals) are handled by Del Vecchio.
The music is once again delightful, extremely catchy, up-beat with Deen's passionate vocals in front row and with both Pilson and Hoekstra to 'surround' Deen's voice in such a perfect way. This 10-track album is pure melodic rock/edgy AOR bliss in a highest order. The guitars are simply beautiful (Hoekstra is a phenomenal guitarist), the rhythm section is solid and Deen's vocals are in one word stunning!!! The highlights here are plenty and to be honest with you I didn't find any weak moment or something average in "Eagle Flight".
So far, 2023 is a year that we are dealing with some really great releases and Revolution Saints with this brand new one comes to give us yet another killer with no filler in sight opus that will amaze each and every single fan of the classic melodic hard rock/edgy AOR sound in general. Highly recommended stuff that can't be missed!!!
