The German
guitarist / songwriter Marc Vanderberg releases LEGALIZE CRIME (release
17.08.2018) and ODIN´S WORDS (release 24.08.2018), two songs from his third
studio album PHOENIX FROM THE ASHES, which will be released in November 2018.
For both songs Vanderberg gets prominent support from ex-Strangelet/Spitefuel singer Stefan Zörner. "It was a long-cherished wish of mine that Stefan Zörner sang one of my songs," says Vanderberg. Zörner's powerful heavy metal voice gives both songs pure rock power, which they need in the vocal range. Stefan Zörner is also pleased about the cooperation: "LEGALIZE CRIME was love for me at first sight. Marc and I knew from the beginning that everything fits like 'ass on bucket' in this collaboration.
Power meets Melody.
Simply perfect. It was a real pleasure and honour for me", Zörner said. Stefan
Zörner also draws a positive conclusion for ODIN´S WORDS: "The Numner has eggs
and goes off steeply! The recurring solos frame my singing, with which I have
translated the power of lyrics. Feel the nordic power", says
Zörner.
Vanderberg adds: "The concentrated power of this song is released by Stefan's singing. A musical explosion somewhere between Malmsteen and Manowar".
The song LEGALIZE CRIME will be available on all online platforms from August 17th. The song ODIN´S WORDS will be available on all online platforms from August 24.
