WILDESTARR / A TELL TALE HEART (2012)

WildeStarr is a band that was originally founded in 2003 by veteran Vicious Rumors bass player Dave Starr and well-known vocalist/keybordist London Wilde. Their first attempt was in 2009 with the title "Arrival" and received very positive critics by numerous webzines and metal magazines worldwide.



Their music is heavy, dark with very good melodies and harmonies and can be compared with bands such as Black Sabbath, Judas Priest and Crimson Glory. "Immortal" which opens the album is a double-kick drumming and in-your-face heavy rocker in an old fashioned way!! "A Perfect Storm" is moving to some 'darker' paths while "Not Sane" is my personal favourite from this album. Solid arrangements, the necessary screams from Miss London and a great guitar work in a superb track.

Overall, this is a very good album. It has an 80's air in all over the songs, razor guitars, strong arrangements and a fantastic singer!! For the fans of Primal Fear, Judas Priest, Vicious Rumors and generally the 80's metal lovers....check it out!
