KISSIN' DYNAMITE / MONEY, SEX & POWER (2012)

In 2008, Kissin' Dynamite's debut album, "Steel Of Swabia", was released. An album that was the result of some teenagers that shared the same passion; to play some ass' kickin' music. Their music was influenced by bands such as Motley Crue, AC/DC and Guns N Roses. The talent of the band was more than obvious! Two years later, the band came back with the "Addicted To Metal" release.

Much better than their debut with some bigger choruses, a tighter musicianship and with the legendary Udo Dirkschneider who contributed with some vocal parts to the tile track. The album received some great reviews and helped to establish and refine the thunderous Kissin' Dynamite sound.

So, nowadays, the band is back with their third album "Money, Sex & Power". Personaly, I find this effort so much better than the previous two. This one has more attitude, passion, better songwriting and better arrangements. The opening track, "Money, Sex & Power", is a heavy riffing track and it shows off whats coming-up next. "I Will Be King" is simply a huge tune! It's anthemic, in-your-face and the chorus line kick some asses! The "Operation Supernova" has a nice groove in it while the "Dinosaurs Are Still Alive" is another great example of Kissin Dynamite's sound. This track is the perfect mix of 'commercial' Edguy with some 80's Euro Heavy Metal elements. "Six Feet Under" is a very good mid-tempo/ballad kinda of song which is one of the album's highlights.

Closing, I have to say that I'm really impressed by Kissin' Dynamite's new work. These guys have everything to make their name big in today's music scene. They are playin' their music with passion and attitude and that's all that it counts the most! Well done guys!
