The creative process is very natural and, in a short time, they came up with a lot of ideas and some song. Few months after, the line-up is completed by the keyboard-player Pier Mazzini and the bass-player Cristian Guerzoni. Both of them share the same musical influences so their integration is immediate.
The musical feeling between the musicians is very good and quickly they create several songs: 13 of them are in the band's debut CD.
So, in "Hold Your Dreams" what about we are going to hear is an overall good album with some pretty good moments. The fact is that I'm not really impressed. And that doesn't mean that this is a bad album. The only problem, in my opinion, is the lack of inspiration! It has good melodies, nice arrangements, lots of keys, a solid production and very good guitar work! The guitars may be the strongest point here!
The album starts with "A Better Place". This is a nice melodic track with an excellent guitar work, especially in the guitar solo. "Closer" is an ok AOR tune with a beautiful melody. Other highlights here are the TOTO-ish "Believe", "Showtime" and "Hold Your Dreams".
Overall a good effort.
