REVIEW : Walk The Walk – s/t (AOR Heaven, out: 26.02.2021)

Attention to each and every melodic hard rock/edgy AOR fan out there; WALK THE WALK is a band that if you love the classic melodic hard/hair rock sound of the mid 80's, early 90's, then you should check it out!!!

The experienced duo of multi-Instrumentalist Paul Alfery and Adler (vocals) are responsible for delivering such a great record that is filled in with big hooks and loud choruses, a big bad groove and tons of melodies enough to play this little baby for days!!

Songs like the TRIXTER-esque "Heaven's On It's Way Down", the fast-paced and ass-kicking "Two Miles To Go", "Fight On Your Feet" or "Move On" are all songs that will remind you the glory dayz of the 80's in where bands such as Firehouse, Motley Crue, Danger Danger and Trixter ruled the airwaves. There are also some more edgy AOR 'pinches' in songs such as the fantastic "Running From You", "Find The Light" or the melodic power ballad "Never Been In California" that will make you want more and more!!!

I think that AOR Heaven with Walk The Walk brings back the sound of the 80's U.S. scene with class and all its glory. A damn pretty fine and high energetic album that if you love bands such as Danger Danger, Bon Jovi, Motley Crue, Trixter and Winger, then mark on your calendary 26th of February and go out and grab a copy of it.....you won't regret it!
