REVIEW : Re-Machined, Wheels Of Time (Pride & Joy Music, 21.02.2020 )

Re-Machined is a band that recalls the classic heavy metal/hard rock sound of the mid-80's and bands such as earlier Bonfire, U.D.O., Demon and Scorpions. With their debut EP a couple of years back, the band achieved to make some noise around its name to the underground metal scene.

Nowadays, Re-Machined is about to release its brand new opus entitled "Wheels Of Time" through Pride And Joy records.

The first couple of songs, "Heart On Fire " and "Prisoner", are what I call classic and in-your-face metal stuff. Both songs include this 'raw' mid-80's metal vibe in it and the sure thing is that they will put a wide smile upon the face of every metal freak out there.

The more hard rocking tune of "Brother Sun Sister Moon" rocks good while in "In My Life" we have yet another cool track here with a catchier chorus line. Especially this one reminds me a bit of early Bonfire. The fast-paced "To Hell And Back", "No Master" and "Change Your Mind" are all three solid and classic metal stuff that all three include heavy guitars, big groove, powerful drums and soaring vocals.

All in all, Re-Machined with their brand new "Wheels Of Time" opus brings the classic metal back!! I think that for those who love their metal raw, without keys and with big and heavy guitars "Wheels Of Time" is a must purchase.
