Peter H. Nilsson is a Swedish guitar player who's into music business for many years. He played in several bands and toured in his home country for years. Back in 2016, Nilsson started to work, in his studio, some ideas for an album.
At the same time, Nilsson was looking for a singer and he found what he was looking for via the world’s leading music production marketplace Soundbetter. Chris Biano. from Nashville, Tennessee, was the chosen one and he started to discuss the possibility to work together. Finally, the first track was a reality.
The missing pieces of the puzzle were a drummer and a bass player. The session drummer Jason Meekins from Austin, Texas and bass player Patrik Adiels from Gothenburg joined and the 'team' was completed.
So, what we have here is the brand new album which is entitled "Little American Dream" and it's gonna be released through AOR Heaven on March 23th.
The tune that opens "Little American Dream" is called "You Better Run" and it's about a damn fine song all the way. First of all, Chris Biano's vocals are top notch. Secondly the song is pure melodic rock paradise; superb melodies, amazing guitar lines and that chorus line to make you whistle it for days. Excellent start! "Me And You", "Am I Dreaming" and "Little American Dream" are songs thatare gonna speak right through your heart at once. This mid-80's AOR vibe along with the excellent arrangements make all three songs highlights! In "Love's Worth Fighting For", we have another top moment out of the new opus. More laid back with this early Bad English feeling makes this track one of my personal favorite. The edgier and more commercial "Magic" closes this excellent album in a unique way.
One of the biggest surprises of 2019 so far! "Little American Dream" is 100% melodic rock/AOR heaven that will speak through your heart! Beautiful melodies, soulful vocals and only good songs are the ingredients of this excellent album.
