ROSEWOOD FESTIVAL (GR.) PROUDLY PRESENTS : HUNGRYHEART (IT.)

Hungryheart began their musical adventure at the end of ’90, playing in the most important North-Italian clubs and earning popularity by gigging as supporting act with some international bands.

The story of Hungryheart is made of passion, friendship and love for that kind of music that has been not only a starting point for the 4 musicians’ careers (Josh Zighetti, Mario Percudani, Lele Meola and Emilio “Pingo” Sobacchi), but even a great inspiration source which has marked their musical personality, successfully expressing themselves in their own alternative and solo projects. This allowed the band members to explore other musical languages, expanding their professional background, which is the soul and the heart of the band.

Influenced by the great 80’ and 90’ bands, such as Bon Jovi, Whitesnake, Journey, Giant e Bad English, just to mention few, Hungryheart’s music is a mix of melody and power, a catchy and evergreen music proposal.

Hungryheart”, released for Tanzan Music on July 2008, has been considered by several magazines and webzines as “a Must for every melodic Hard Rock fan” and “One of the Best Melodic Hard Rock Albums of 2008”. Songs such as “The Only One”, Stealing The Night” & “Hang On To Me” have been aired by many European and American Radio Stations, confirming Hungryheart as a very interesting band, nationally and internationally.

After the release of the album, the band did many concerts that, thanks to some great live performances, helped to increase its popularity, and in 2009 a new collaboration with the well known Dutch booking agency Mam Agency started.

Moreover, in 2009 there’s a change in the line up with the entry of Steve Lozzi (Bass) and Paolo Botteschi (Drums). The new line up immediately started to work on the second album “One Ticket To Paradise” which was released in 2010 and it's an excellent melodic hard rock album!
