Imagine the perfect mix between earlier Danger Danger, Bon Jovi, Firehouse, Bad English or even some White Lion with a very talented singer (who can really sing) plus a new fresh 'air' and there you have HUNGRYHEART !!! Big catchy memorable choruses and melodic hooks, loud guitars with some really inspired licks and solos, a tight musicianship and an overall good production in this one. I have to admit that I enjoyed their debut album a lot, but this new one it grabbed me from the first listening! For me this album is one of those 'love at first listening' albums and you play it again and again! Except Josh Zighetti , lead singer, who has a really strong and melodic voice (reminds Jon Bon Jovi and Paul Laine) , their strongest point is for sure their guitarist Mario Percudani. Man, this guy sure knows how to rock with the six-string. Sometimes he reminds me of the great Vitto Brata of White Lion! Highlight here is the whole album! I really can't pick up a song as my favourite 'cause here you will find tunes that will rock ya but also some great mid-tempos and emotional ballads as well. All in all what we have here is a sensational release from Hungryheart. For sure this is their ticket to the premier league!!
