This was the second album for glam/sleaze hard rockers Nasty idols back in 1991. A more heavier sound in this one than in their debut album "Gigolos On Parole " and for sure a better songwritting. For me Nasty Idols were one of the Premier League bands of Europe's sleaze hard rock along with names such as Shotgun Messiah and Swedish Erotica. Some super catchy and instant choruses and melodies here like the opener " The Way Ya' Walk " which is one of the best tunes that this band has ever recorded, the amazing ballad "Can't Get Ya' Off My Mind ", the anthemic "American Nights " and the commercial "House of Rock N' Roll " are all fine examples of a band that could be huge! So if you are lookin' for an ass kickin' hard rock album with attitude, then don't look any further, "Cruel Intension" is your album!!
