Charm City Devils are a throwback to the days of
AC/DC and
Aerosmith with a sleaze touch (lyrics) and some modern hard rock flavour.Behind the production of the album we find the mighty
Nikki Sixx of Motley Crue, and thats the reason why this band was opening last years
Cruefest II. The music is pure rock n' roll , some southern influences in the vain of
Black Crowes can be heard, with loud guitars and nice vocals. Just listen the opener track "Let's Rock-N-Roll " and "Burn Baby Burn " and you will know what I'm talkin' about!!All in all it's an interesting release in the vain of Hardcore Superstars, Last Vegas and Burn Halo. 7,5/10
