Cassidy Paris eas raised by listening to classic hard rock and modern rock and inspired by female rockers such as Lzzy Hale, Joan Jett, Pink, Pat Benatar & Avril Lavigne. At just 20 years old, Cassidy has released two sold out eps – “Broken Hearted” & “Flirt”, while having performed in multiple live shows all over her home country of Australia and now she is ready to unleash her first solo record on the international markets via Frontiers Music Srl. From early on, Cassidy wanted to deliver a strong message through her music. In 2018, she released the song 'Stand', a heartfelt song about ‘standing up for yourself’ as a young woman. Cassidy continues to deliver that message, promoting anti-bullying through performances at many schools around Melbourne, Australia and is an active campaigner for the worldwide ‘Metalheads Against Bullying’ organisation.
The new opus kicks-off with the edgy and up-beat "Danger"; a great starter and a great appetizer of what's coming-up next! Her voice will grab your attention at once and the music is just killer melodic rock at its finest! "RNR Hearts", "Walking On Fire" the modern "Song For Broken Hearted" and "Like I Never Loved You" are all four great samples of a young and very talented artist that sings her heart out and delivers great, up-beat and passionate music!! The moodier "Here I Am" is yet another highlight out of this new record in which Cassidy's voice really shines through while in "Addicted" we are dealing with a 'punchier' and much heavier track that will make you turn on the volume on!!!
The fact is that over the last years the number of female solo singers is growin' up with many strong records. I would dare to say that with Cassidy Paris' debut is not another 'female singer' story; this lady is in my humble opinion one of the best female voices that I've listen to!! Her voice is really great and the songs in this excellent debut are top notch combine the past with the present of the melodic rock scene in general! A NEW SENSATION in the melodic rock world!!!!
