Frontline / Against The World (2002)

After their huge 'Right Attitude' album in 2000, Frontline is back with a new super album. 'Against The World' was released back in 2002 and was a damn strong release. An album with a great songwritting, some really standout tracks, great performances and of course Robby Boebel's heavenly guitar solos! I think that Boebel is one of the best guitar players out there. He is got the right 'feeling' when he is playing the six-string and the skills to take any band to a higher level. In this album we see also Chris Lausmann (Bonfire), who is givin' a helping hand (guitars, keys). They achieve to keep the balance between the mid-tempos/ballads and the more hard rockin' tunes and they are offering an overall great album! Highlights here? The whole album!! Every single track from 'Against The World' is absolutely a killer and this album is an excellent piece of melodic hard rock. Highly recommended.
