During the Harley-Festival 2011 in Lugano,
Gotthard received a double-platinum award from their recordcompany G-Records. Steve Lee’s Award was given to Steve Lee’s sister who said „
Thanks to all the Gotthard-Fans around the world for this award and boys – you must go on! I know this is what Steve would have wanted and it feels good still to be a part of the Gotthard-Family“
For months now the musicians are auditioning singers from all over the world and the live-album „
Homegrown – Alive in Lugano“ which, when Steve was still alive was planned to be released in spring 2011, is going to be released on september 30th in Honor and Memory of Steve Lee and commemorating the 1st anniversary of Steve Lee's death.
