Scorpions are without any doubt a great band. They have released many excellent records and they wrote their name with huge letters in the rock history. 1999 and this is "Eye To Eye", their first album for Koch Records. Hmmm... a strange record for Scorpions standards, I have to say. And a bad record for the die hards of the band. More commercial than ever, full of new elements (and sometimes bad elements) , Scorpions are trying hard to get into the new millenium, but with not a straight way! For me this record has some good moments too like the laid back "10 Light Years Away ", "What U Give U Get Back ", and my personal favourite track "A Moment in a Million Years "....a huge track. All in all a very average release from a great band. Too bad!
