FIREHOUSE / HOLD YOUR FIRE 1992

Nearly as good as the debut release, "Hold Your Fire" seems to take a somewhat "spunkier" approach and the final result is almost perfect! There are still a lot of amazin' riffs and solos by Bill Leverty, but not as heavy as in their first record.
Opening track "Reach For the Sky" is so sweet, a classic in Firehouse catalogue, with the same punch and drive carrying over from the band's debut. "Life in the Real World" and "Mama Didn't Raise No Fool" are both fast, anthemic and upbeat, and "Talk of the Town" has some sharp chops and a catchy chorus line. "When I Look Into Your Eyes" was the band's huge success and an MTV air-play back then! A must buy for the huge fan of the debut album!
