Fantastic comeback from the hair metal kings! Brilliant stuff in the vain of the band's earlier works, great hooks, memorable chorus lines, Poley's voice shines in this one and Rob Marcello (guitars) simply rocks with his amazing guitar solos and riffs!
So, with Ted Poley back in Danger Danger and the band on top form and tighter than ever the only thing that you have to expect from "Revolve" is just a classic Danger Danger material. Every song here is a winner..a killer. The opener tune of "That's What I'm Talking About" is a typical feel good anthem with a soaring chorus and strong guitar solo, "Hearts On The Highway" is simply a classic Danger Danger up-tempo hard rocking anthem, while "Keep On Keepin' On" steps backwards into old school D2 style and it's one of my personal favourite from this release!! For me every song is a winner and for sure there is no filler in sight!
Overall "Revolve" is a fantastic 2009 release with great production, songwriting.....everything! Welcome back Danger Danger...
