Goodbye Thrill is back with an overall good album. The band's debut album was a fine piece of melodic hard rock release with some pretty strong moments. Their sound is somewhere between Firehouse and Danger Danger with some hard rock elements of the 00's. So what we have here is a record full of catchy choruses and melodic hook lines, very good performances from Marc Ferreira, good guitar work and a solid production. Ok, maybe this effort doesn't distinguish for it's originality but for sure this one it's very enjoyable for those who wants to hear a solid and well played hard rock album. Highlights here are the great opener 'Black Book', 'Outrageous' and 'Work It Out'.
