MEGADETH BEGINS RECORDING NEW ALBUM WITH PRODUCER, JOHNNY K

The recording process for Megadeth's new album is now underway, with producer Johnny Karkazis (Machine Head, Sevendust, Staind, Disturbed) and is slated for a fall 2011 release via Roadrunner Records.

The drum tracking for the album is scheduled to begin this week, with the entire recording process expected to be completed by the time Megadeth hits the road this summer as part of the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival with Disturbed and Godsmack.
