FALSE MEMORIES sign with ROAR! Rock Of Angels Records! The band's debut album "Chimerical" digitally out on June 7th!

False Memories started upon an idea of guitarist Francesco Savino, who got together with Valentina Pucci, the first singer of the band. In march 2016 the band reached its first goal publishing the first self-titled EP, featuring 4 original tracks and 1 cover.

Moving on the band’s soundscapes got more mature heading towards an intimate kind of rock; driven by its new sound, the band started to work on its first full-length release that only featured original tunes.

In october 2018, False Memories completed their line up with Rossella Moscatello at the voice, Gianluca Zaffino on bass and Giovanni Cattaneo on drums.

We proudly announce today the signing of a new album deal with False Memories and welcome the band to the ROAR! Rock of Angels roster.

False Memories is:
Rossella Moscatello – Vocals
Francesco Savino - Guitars, Keyboards, Programming
Gianluca Zaffino – Bass
Giovanni Cattaneo – Drums

Chimerical” was self-released in January 2018 co-written by Savino and Pucci. This LP features nine  previously unreleased tracks and three original songs of the debut EP, for a total of eleven original songs.

False Memories started with the intent to get into the listener’s emotional sphere through an intimate songwriting, but purposefully rather easy listening. It deals with an admixture of influences whose roots might in a broad sense be traced back to Rock, with Prog, Pop and Metal influences.

The arrangements are often quite complex with a balanced sound texture between vintage and contemporary instruments. The ultimate sound blending is ensured by a state-of-art production.
