Quiet Riot / Metal Health (1983)

"Metal Health" was the Quiet Riot's breakthrough album. An album that puts this band to the 'elit' bands of that era. "Metal Health" was the band's third effort after the "Quiet Riot I" and "Quiet Riot II" and by far their most commercial. The classic Slade tune "Cum on Feel the Noize" was a huge success and reached the top5 of the U.S. singles. That time hard rock became more commercial, with the big help of MTV, and Quiet Riot had it all to be 'big' rock stars. They had attitude and a 'bad' image, pretty good songwritting, catchy choruses and a good production. For me this album is one of the best albums of that gerne. A must buy.
