Rob Halford is a heavy metal icon, no doubt about that! His Judas Priest earlier days were classic in the book of every single metal head. The albums that released with the band Fight were very good too. Ok, he has released some average albums but the fact is that Halford will always be one of the ultimate metal icons in the heavy metal scene.
"Made Of Metal" may not be a future classic, at least for me! But as sure as hell is a very strong heavy album which will bring on euphoria to the metal community! Ok, don't expect an album that sounds like an 80's metal album, no way! This is more updated, without being boring and heavy overall! So, the duo of Halford and Roy Z is offering some really great tracks with attitude and a tight songwritting. "We Own The Night", "Thunder And Lightning", "Twenty Five Years", the kinda of modern sound of "Undisputed" and my personal favourite "Till The Day I Die" are some of the highlights here.
Bottom line is that this is a must have album for every single Halford fan in the world, but also "Made Of Metal" is a big must have for every heavy fan out there. Well done!
