Motley Crue / Generation Swine (1997)

After a short break with John Corabi on lead vocals, and a very good album, Vince Neil is back on board again to record a new album called 'Generation Swine'. The fact is that this album was and still is the weakest effort in Motley Crue's discography. And even though there are a couple of good tracks here, the rest of the songs are a average or even bad tunes, at least for the Crue standarts. The sound is way too modern and the few old Crue elements are not enough to make any difference. The songs that I really like from this album are the very good tune of 'Afraid', the ass-kickin' 'Anybody Out There?' and 'A Rat Like Me' which are all three nice pieces of hard rock. The rest are all average!!
I think that I don't have anything more to write 'bout this album. A very average release from one of the greatest Rock N' Roll bands ever.
