First of all I have to say that I'm a huge fan of George Lynch. The man was and still is a big influence for a lot of guitarists out there! His works with Dokken and Lynch Mob are all classics!
But what is this? "Smoke This" was the band's third attempt and in my opinion their worst. This is a very bad album. A new line-up for this album and a Rap Metal direction in their sound, "Smoke This" was the album that mixed-up the die hards of the band! I really can't say much about this release. The fact is that every band has a bad or an average album but this one is really bad, a big disappoinment!! Thanx God the band was reunited last year and offered a great album of pure bluesy hard rock sound. So the best thing that you have to do is to avoid this album and buy the rest of Lynch Mob's albums.
