RAVEN LORD to announce release date of debut album

Heavy Metal weights RAVEN LORD announce in their second Episode of “RAVEN LORD TV” video podcast the release date for their debut album “Descent to the Underworld“. The singer for the band RAVEN LORD Csaba Zvekan reveals in the video that February 1st 2013 is to be the start date for European Sales. On the North American market it will be available on February 12th 2013.

NEW YORK, NY  – Grammy nominated band Dream Theater, one of rock’s most musically fearless and adventurous bands, has re-signed with Roadrunner Records. The group first signed with Roadrunner Records in January 2007 and has so far released three critically acclaimed albums with the label. The label first issued Dream Theater’s ninth studio album Systematic Chaos in 2007 and went on to release Black Clouds & Silver Linings in 2009 as well as their most recent album, A Dramatic Turn of Events in September 2011. The band will soon begin recording a new album as part of the new agreement with Roadrunner Records.  

RAGE OF ANGELS : DREAMWORLD

Rage of Angels is the brainchild of original Ten keyboard player Ged Rylands,who played on their first three studio albums and the double live CD 'Never Say Goodbye'. During his time in Ten, Ged took part in several very successful tours in Japan as well as playing on the highly praised 1996 debut album from Valentine singer Hugo, which was co-produced by Ten vocalist Gary Hughes.

Famous Underground signs with Dust on the Tracks Records

6008 Days rock band (ex Secret Sphere singer)

The brand new rock band 6008 Days founded by Roberto Messina, ex- Secret Sphere singer (and current singer also of the French band Alkemyst, working on the third album) is on the way to publish the first official videoclip “The Bad Day”, directed by Antonio Masiello, known in Italy for his blasting-communication standards, within the end of December 2012.

This is what the band stated in their facebook site : " We're working hard on the future of the band atm. Aside of the two shows at the years end, we can announce today, that we will sign a new recording contract soon. Our target are 2 new studio recordings and a new Live DVD/CD/BR package. After next years Rock Meets Classic tour (feat. 4 members of the band), we will start with the songwriting for the new album and we have a lot of great riffs and even an album title in mind. On December 14th Crashdiet will release their new single "Cocaine Cowboys" through iTunes and Spotify. The track is the first single from the Swedish sleaze rocker's upcoming studio album 'The Savage Playground', the follow-up to their 2010 Sleazeroxx.com chart topping 'Generation Wild'. Slated for a January 2013 release, Crashdiet has already sold over 1,000 copies of 'The Savage Playground' during a recent pre-order campaign at crashdiet.org. 

Krokus Rejoined By Former Guitarist Mandy Meyer

Thirty years after his departure from Krokus, guitarist Mandy Meyer rejoins the most successful line-up again on their upcoming album 'Dirty Dynamite'. Founder Chris Von Rohr and Fernando Von Arb are thrilled to have him back in the fold with Fernando proclaiming, "Now the Krokus family is complete again".

Mandy Meyer replaced original guitarist Tommy Kiefer (RIP) for the remainder of 1980's 'Metal Rendez-Vous' tour and 1981's 'Hardware' tour and witnessed the growing popularity of Krokus worldwide including the band's first US tour. Those two albums sold millions of copies around the world.

Mandy left Krokus and moved at the tender age of 22 years old to Los Angeles to pursue his musical dreams. And it worked out pretty good, as time would tell, playing with many superstars including Asia (recording the 'Astra' album with them).
