ANASTACIA / IT'S A MAN'S WORLD (2012)

Anastacia is one of the best female singers nowadays. Her voice is warm and powerfull and her pop/rock/R&B style made her one of the most recognizable voices in the world music scene. This time the artist is back with her brand new record which is titled "It's A Man's World".



The album is full of cover tracks and it's a nice attempt from the singer to go to some rockier paths with this one. Anastacia covers from Guns N' Roses to Led Zeppelin and I have to admit that she's doin' a very good job!! And it's not often for a pop singer to cover some classic and timeless rock songs.

On "Rumble On" (Led Zeppelin) and "One" (U2) Anastacia achieves to perform fantastic these two classic songs. Another good moment is the timeless Aerosmith tune of "Dream On" . Of course there are some average moments here but most of the record is very enjoyable.
