Pier Gonella is responsible for the production and the artwork was perfectly crafted by Roberto Toderico. Their music is heavy with strong melodies, powerfull vocal performances and an overall good guitar work. The only problem is that I would prefer a 'bigger' sound for this kinda of band. In my humble opinion, this could sounded better with a more 'fat' sound.
The song that opens the album, "Madness In Rising", didn't conviced me 'cause it sounds a bit 'flat' without attitude. The next one, "Get Away" is better and the guitar work here is the track's strong point. "The Final Judgement" has some good arrangements and a nice harmony, but still did not convince me!! In "Faraway" we find Giorgia Gueglio of Mastercastle on lead and backing vocals. This is a great track that enjoyed the most so far. The melody, the performances and everything here are perfectly balanced. "Lightning" is ok while in "Again You" , another track that features Giorgia Gueglio, we have the second highlight.
Overall, this is a good album, nothin' more nothin' less. It has its moments but, in my humble opinion, the band can deliver something better than this. I have the feeling that with a tighter production this could be so much better. I'll say it again that the two tracks featuring Giorgia Gueglio are superb!!!!
