STEEVI JAIMZ / MY PRIVATE HELL (2009)

Steevi Jaimz is well-known as the ex-lead singer of the UK based glam heavy rockers Tigertailz. After his Tigertailz dayz, Steevi followed a solo career and last year he released the excellent "My Private Hell" album.

From the very first listening, this album grabs you and pleases every single fan of that sound. It's sleaze, it's angry, it's fan and it has an 80's attitude all over the cd. Steevi's voice is rough without loosing its melody and gives to the album an extra enough to make "My Private Hell" a future classic of that era. Also, the helping hand of the mighty Chris Laney is a strong point for this release. Chris Laney's work here make this album sound, in some parts, like a Laney's solo effort or even a new Zan Clan release.

So, in this ten track album we are going to hear an ass kickin' sleaze album full of catchy choruses, stunning guitar work and Steevi's amazing performances. Highlights here? Hmmm, a bit difficult for me to pick up a song as my favourite 'cause every single track rocks! Overall this is a must have album for every fan who likes big and loud guitars with attitude!
