Def Leppard / S.L.A.N.G. (1996)

This record has nothin' to do with the band's earlier releases! Far away from their unique sound, "S.L.A.N.G"  is the attempt of the band to go to a more pop/alternative paths!! The final result is not bad, but it's not good either. The production is once again very good and the songwriting good enough. For Def Leppard this is a bad record, in fact this is a very bad one, but for someone who is open minded this is an interesting album.
There are some really cool tunes here like "Pearl of Euphoria", "Deliver Me ", my personal favourite tune of "Turn to Dust" and the fantastic "Where Does Love Go When It Dies ".

As I said above, this is not the Def Leppard that we all grew up with, but if you listen this album as something new, then probably there is a chance to like this one....
