Europe / Prisoners in Paradise (1991)

"Prisoners in Paradise" album which appears to be in a more heavy direction than the two previous pop-metal attempts of the band. Kee Marcello in this album "smokes", fantastic guitar work!!Amazing solos and energetic riffs showing what Europe can do after they've been criticised for overdose of keyboards in their previous recordings.Some huge tracks here like the heavy with the fantastic chorus "Prisoners in Paradise ", the big hard rock anthems "Talk to Me " and  "All or Nothing ". The simply amazing mid-tempo "I'll Cry for You" and the fast guitar-driven "Seventh Sign " & "Girl from Lebanon ". The influence of american producer Beau Hill is evident on this release. An amazing album. A MUST HAVE ...10/10
