HINDER / ALL AMERICAN NIGHTMARE (2010)

Sweet nightmares!! This is the brand new album from Oklahoma's heroes Hinder. "All American Nightmare" has it all; it's aggressive and melodic but most of all is an ass-kickin' album that will leave you hungry for more!

I really like this band. It's one of my favorite "new"  bands 'cause it combines the 80's hard rock music with a modern twist without gettin' boring. The vocals are raw, in-your-face, but still melodic, the guitar sound is big and the rhythm section is solid. The production gives the extra 'push' to the final result and here you have an excellent album full of passionate performances and very good tracks with attitude!
The album starts in a really furious way with "2 Sides Of Me" and "All American Nightmare". Both tracks are aggressive with soaring vocal lines and a really heavy guitar sound. Well done! It's time to slow a bit the tempos with the very good mid-tempo tune of "What Ya Gonna Do". "Hey Ho" is an up-tempo rocker with a catchy chorus. "Striptease" is a nice rocker with some very interesting lyrics in it!! Of course there are also some other excellent tracks in "All American Nightmare". I like this album from start to finish and the rockers and ballads are perfectly balanced.

Overall, this is a great album all the way. Catchy songs, great performances and a big and 'fat' sound. For fans of Motley Crue with a modern pinch this is a must have album!
