In May 2008 the guitarist, Pontus Norgren, decided to leave the band and the new guitarist who replaced P. Norgren was Henrik Bergqvist (Tiamat, Southfork). On June 6th, at the Sweden Rock Festival, Henrik made his debut with the band. Face with the important task of planning and recording their third album The Poodles choose to make a fresh start. The band felt that they needed to take charge of their career by finding new working partners who could better develop the band's objectives.
