Bon Jovi / New Jersey (1988)

This is a killer album and probably one of the best albums that Bon Jovi have ever recorded! After the huge success of "Slippery When Wet" album, the band came up with this super album. For me this album, as so many of that period, brings so much good memories of my childhood age. Albums like "New Jersey" from Bon Jovi or Skid Row's debut album and Motley's "Girls, Girls, Girls" are albums that I grew up with and they have a special place in my heart.
I think that if Bon Jovi with "Slippery When Wet" doubled up their fans, with "New Jersey" they became more! The album starts with the huge track "Lay Your Hands on Me" and continues with one of Bon Jovi's biggest hits "Bad Medicine". "Born to Be my Baby" is one of my favourite hard rock tracks ever and "Blood on Blood", "Wild is the Wind " and "Living in Sin" are some really excellent tunes. "I'll Be There for You" is the huge-typical-80's ballad and probably one of the best ballads of that era.
Bon Jovi back then had it all to become a huge name and they made it! A classic album! Buy it!
