Slaughter / Revolution (1997)

The main title 'Revolution' says it all. After the very good and heavier 'Fear No Evil', this time the band goes to a more experimental paths! No, it's not an alternative record or a bad one but it's a bit different from their earlier albums. For me the weakest point of the album is that there are not enough hard-rockin' tunes in the way it used to be. No no, dont't get me wrong there are some really good tunes here like the  'Tongue 'N Groove' , the catchy and my personal favourite 'Stuck on You ', the classic Slaughter track 'You're My Everything ' and 'Hard to Say Good-Bye '. The bottom line is that even if it's not a classic as  "Stick It To Ya " was or the very good  "Fear No Evil ", it is a record with some good songs.
